I've ordered from pure pearls several times and have never been disappointed.

Slightly disappointed

Ring is lovely however we are disappointed that we have received invoice from fedex for import duties. We were unaware of these charges at point of purchase especially since we paid £24 for shipping. You will lose customers if you continue to quote prices that will be inflated due to duties payable that most people won’t realise. A solution would be if you paid the duty and include that charge in your quote.
