Knife is really sharp, heavy, not so easy to operate as Tojiro DP pro as is thick and requires different techniques that I am used to. Also it is more needy as it will rust easily if not take care properly. I like the knife as it provides great sharpness length, but it is not extremely user friendly. I have to say that I don't use it daily, so that's other thing to consider.

Great item at great price, clearly explained delivery process. I mostly own Tojiro Pro, and one yanagiba white 2 so this is last knife to close the set. This tool allows for fast operation on whole salmon between 5-8kg. I know that this steel is thick and clearly is different than DP Tojiro. Not that easy to operate, require learning. Really interesting as I own 165 mm which lack the length. Extremely sharp from the start. Can't say nothing about sharpening yet.
