It felt cheap and bulky

missing the personsonalization initials on the product

I ordered this item with a personalization that was not included in the final delivery. Since it is a gift, I will return it and ask that it be personalized with the recipient's initials. For some reason, it took quite a while to be delivered the first time, so I hope this can be handled expediciously. I have always appreciated the Levengers' products and services in the past.
