This company stated shipping takes 7-13 days. I contacted the company after two weeks, they stated the shoes were just being shipped after 16 days. I stopped payment until I received the shoes. Jake from customer support immediately sent me a email wanting me to release the stop payment. I told jake I can't pay for something I haven't received. He proceeded to insinuate that I was a scammer. During our back and forth correspondence I was call a scammer six times. I did receive the shoes after one month and four days. I lifted the stop payment after receiving the shoes. My personal option I will never do business with this company again.
