VOCIC D41 Explorer-Swift Upgrade Lightweight Mobility Scooter

I will credit where credit is due. It's a great product; however, customer service needs work. They have warehouse workers answering the phones that have no clue when it comes to answering shipping questions. All they can tell you is to email Vocic support. They guarantee 24-hour response time, which is not true at all. I emailed 3 times with no response until the 4th email, where I threatened legal action to receive my product. When I got my product, the keyhole was bent, and I couldn't get the key in. I had to take a screw driver to bend it open to where I could put the key it. They did not provide the screws to connect the light. I had to buy them. Overall experience was very poor. I was looking forward to purchasing more chairs, but now I'll have to rethink doing business with this brand.

Very good. Able to do more not limited to the things I can do or go . It’s amazing. Thank you for your support if it was not for your help I could not done it this early.your a great support to people who need the help.
