Laying Highland Cow SnugglePal

Although cute as he can be, I believe I must have received a faulty laying down Timmy as he sheds hair/fibers everywhere BUT after contacting the company - their customer service has offered to take care of the issue and Zach (the owner) even sent a personal email concerning how we can go about resolving the matter. Customer service is everything when it comes to shopping and is the main reason why I love shopping small business’ every chance I get.

Bought as a gift for my daughter and she absolutely loved it! The removable heating/cooling pad is a nice touch and the Highland cow is nicely weighted in the hooves and the removable pack. Looking forward to future purchases!
