I had a pretty big order as I was filling the bank for a craps table I had bought, and there were some hiccups with some chips missing, but chip cave took care of everything. Email is the best means of contact, but once we got in contact, chip cave provided great customer service. The craps table layout is black, so the monte carlo chips look amazing against it.
