Disappointed

I will start by saying they were in process of moving locations. I went into the showroom on March 23, 2026 after speaking with someone on the phone. I explained what I wanted the felt to look like. I was told I had to place the order online and then someone would contact me about the layout. I was told that I would have the felt in approximately 2 weeks. I finally received an email on April 16th. I responded with what I wanted on the felt. To which I was informed that they could not do any kind of designing or changes to any artwork that I provided which is not what I was told over the phone or when I visited to showroom. I asked several times for the designer to call me to discuss the felt since I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone or return any of my voicemails. I never did get a call from the designer only emails. After many emails back and forth and me doing the actual layout myself and sending to them to copy to their program the design was finally ready and I approved the design on May 14th. I went to the showroom to pick up the felt on May 20th. They handed me the felt. I asked if we could open it so I could see it. The guy looked at me like that was the craziest thing he had heard. Then told me they didn’t have a place to lay it out. I was just happy to finally get the felt after 2 months. I get it home roll it out and it was not the same as what I approved. It was supposed to be a grey weathered wood background. It was on one end the faded to black on the other end. The woodgrain was enlarged so it looks more like spots than woodgrain. At that point I understood why he didn’t want me to see it at the store. They did send me a code for 20% off my next order, I don’t know that it’s worth messing with these people again. I was told they would do exact reprints without additional charges but any changes would be another “artwork” fee. I guess that means they will charge me to print the next one the CORRECT way? After all the people that recommended Casino Supply I was very shocked with my experience.
