Cool instrument! - Customer service could improve…

I bought my harp a couple months ago and I might say I am having a lot of fun with it. The sound is much better that what I expected and the quality is quite nice. The only thing I would say it needs to improve it is the customer service… The harp arrived with a string broken, and they were happy to send me a new one, but I am still waiting since the email communication is quite slow…

I am verry happy about Harp E company and harp for them communication and all support. Thanks for harp and all support.

I am loving trying to learn to play this, it sounds great even in my inept hands!
