Even my toddler can play it!

This little harp was our Christmas gift for the family to share, and it has been a hit! My guitar playing husband was able to play beautiful and recognizable songs right away, but even with no have no musical training, I was able to pluck out some soothing notes for our daughter at bedtime. But this harp really proved itself when we let our two year old play it (with supervision). She dragged her tiny fingers across the strings and her eyes went wide at the ethereal sound. “You hear that?!” she exclaimed, and then tried it again. “You hear that, Mama?” She was so proud and excited to play pretty music. We even had to call Grandma so she could show off over FaceTime! I recommend following the instructions carefully when you tune this for the first time! We charged ahead with our tuner app without reading the directions, and as a result, we never tightened the strings properly. That is probably why we are already replacing them two months in. This time, we will make sure to follow the advice in the instruction manual! The only downside has been displaying this harp, since it can’t stand up on its own. The cardboard box it came in didn’t last long, so now it is awkwardly propped up on my nightstand. After the pandemic, I will have to see if my dad can help me make a stand for it. Such a charming instrument deserves to be properly displayed!
