Island Curries 'Curry Masters' gift pack 8 * 50g

The base flavours are amazing, especially the Bengali and southern Indian/Sri Lankan flavours. Each 50g pouch gives you a starting point to build from, but I think you need 2 to make the recommended 500g of veg or meat to really sing.

I used the Bengal Curry paste with chicken thigh pieces, potato, pumpkin, tomato and coconut milk - fantastic.
