I'm not sure

Well, 30 days ago, i started taking small amounts (rice size) twice per day for about two weeks. And then i started using a green pea sized amount twice per day until now. I don't think i really feel a difference yet. It hasn't hurt me i can say that but i am not sure if it's really helping me. It adds a nice earthy flavor to coffee, and on it's own it has a "nice" (pleasantly different) taste. I'll keep using it and see. I started taking this primarily for brain health (memory). I think i feel some memory improvements but it's kind of difficult to say.
