support rods are nice, and customer service is wonderful

I really liked the option to have support rods for different configurations. They were easy to attach and looked solid. Additionally, Olle stands out as the rare company who has actual human contact for customer service, and they go the extra mile to help!

Just to update my previous review that I did finally receive my order, package was damaged & taped up. All seemed good. Will be planning to use them this weekend.
