Bench Knife Oak

Craftsmanship and performance exceeded my expectations. Perfect fit between blade and handle (no gaps) make clean-up a breeze. Not sure if it is the handle shape or the shorter blade, but much better feel and control compared to the major brand bench knifes that now sit unused in a drawer.
