Joist Repair Kit - 34" Strap

Loved the product. Not the shipping method.

Loved the product. Worked as advertised. Removed a star because it was shipped with signature required. Nothing in the shipping info or on UPS indicated that it would require me to be home to receive the package. I'd paid for expedited shipping to get it on time for a job. I managed to track it down but it took 3 hours and 4 phone calls with UPS to get the product after the failed delivery attempt. It would be great to know in advance if the shipper is sending something with a signature required or better yet, a way to opt out of that option.

Great Product

I installed the straps on joists damaged by an HVAC install. They were easy to install and they work great. They saved me the hassle of moving the HVAC pipes. Great support from Rich and his team. Thanks
