Buria Región - medium roast
This is a wonderful coffee! It’s lighter in color and a larger bean compared to the Haraaz but every bit as good and complex! It is deep, rich and smooth with earthy chocolate notes. I really enjoyed it!

My new favorite coffee (Burai, medium roast
I like to grind my Yemeni coffee and put it through the Aeropress. It is absolutely delicious. I added a spoonful of sugar and it was like drinking liquid hot chocolate and oh my God is it good! It is ridiculously good!! I would love to have a second or 3rd cup, but it is coffee and I would bounce off the walls all day!
