Amazing calming ring

I have very bad issues with picking at my nails and these stopped me from picking/biting for the entire day that I wore them. They are subtle and classy and most importantly, discreet - unlike many other useful fidgets on the market. The only thing I would keep in mind when purchasing is that the sizing runs a little big (I measured my ring according to the guide and got a 10 and 11 as I was between sizes. Sadly I think the 11s are a bit too big but this may have been a measuring issue on my part) regardless, these make the perfect picking prevention tool into something aesthetic and fun to accessorise with and I would definitely buy more (if in a slightly smaller size)!
