Very pretty, and very functional. I get so many compliments and it really works in stopping my picking habits and channeling them into something really fun and far less destructive! I no longer wound my fingers, and to be honest when I want to fidget I actually want to spin the ring, so even if I don’t have it on me (which is very rare!) it prevents me from reverting to my old habits for a while.
