TRO always has the best customer service thag handwrites notes with every order! Also their products are great quality, my boyfriend always loves receiving them as gifts. With this drop, I placed 2 different orders because I ended up wanting a second lure. I paid shipping for both orders as they were seperate and went about my day thinking nothing of it. TRO noticed my double order and combined them in the same box and refunded my shipping for one order! A lot of businesses wouldnt pay attention or they would ship together and pocket the shipping charge, but TRO didnt! We will remain customers of TRO always!
