canceling subscriptions, with some regret

the products are great and I have confidence I'm feeding my dogs well, but I've had problems rescheduling subscription shipments (and being shipped product I don't need and haven't budgeted for) as well as redeeming rewards points--which I find very frustrating. I've lost hundreds of rewards points into thin air, making the products more expensive than they needed to be. the customer portal is cumbersome and confusing to use and glitches frequently. . . customer service has not been particularly responsive. . .

Both of my dogs absolutely love the pour-overs. It used to be they would pick at their dry food but since adding the pour-overs, they are at their bowl the minute I open the pantry door. I am very grateful for the added nutrition and ease of use. It is a necessity now at our home.

My fur babies love this topper. Soecially my picky eater!
