I like the unit and appreciate that it lets me target multiple areas in a single session. One way it could be improved is by including link to a video showing how to adjust the mode, time, and frequency when programming it. The EMS instruction manual also didn’t explain how to use programs 10–18 or provide tips for their usage, nor did it include instructions for ordering replacement pads.

High-quality machine, long-lasting electrode pads

I don’t usually write reviews, but this device absolutely deserves one. I purchased the iSTIM EV-805 and from unboxing to daily use, the entire experience has exceeded my expectations. The product arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. When I opened the box, I was impressed by how complete everything was—multiple electrode pads, lead wires. It truly feels like a professional-grade device right out of the box, and you don’t need to purchase any additional accessories to get started. This unit offers a wide range of modes and intensity levels, allowing you to fully customize your treatment depending on the area and level of pain. The electrical stimulation feels smooth and consistent strong enough to be effective, yet comfortable without any sharp or unpleasant sensations. I mainly use it for back pain relief, and after just 15–30 minutes per session, I can feel my muscles relax and the pain noticeably decrease. It has quickly become part of my daily routine and is now an essential tool I rely on. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first, but after a few uses, I was convinced. The strength and adjustability make it easy to target specific pain points, and the relief is very noticeable. It’s especially helpful for anyone who sits for long hours or deals with chronic back pain. One of the biggest surprises was the quality of the pads. The package includes plenty of them, and they are very sticky and durable. Compared to cheaper alternatives, these pads last much longer, making this device more cost-effective over time.

I had the same model 3.5 years ago, had given it away, but regretted doing so. I love this unit it surpasses all other Tens/Ems machines, the dual, 4 channels, is perfect, in assisting with pain management and muscle development. Im glad I purchased this amazing unit.
