Nice texture, easier to chew than short grain brown rice. Would still like white cal rose. 25 pounds is too much for two people with only a 9 month shelf life as noted on the bag. Would like to see 10# bags for small families. Have not decided if I will buy it again.

Medium Grain Brown Rice

Very good medium brown rice! Would love to cook it with organic sweet rice. Nowhere to get it other than Asian stores (not organic).
