I purchased a glass kiln from Soul Ceramics, to ship to Alaska. They were great! I received weekly updates from them and when the shipper transferred to another company for Alaska deliveries, they helped me track it and gave me pertinent information. They were always professional and helpful and Friendly! I would recommend this company for anyone and especially shipments to Alaska. They helped arrange the shipping where other companies give you information and you have to do it yourself. 10 Stars to Soul Ceramics!!!

Soul Ceramics was everything and more! Great product and delivery from placing an order to tracking the delivery. I wanted to use the kiln a few times before commenting and now ready. The Evenheat 14 is the perfect size for a home or small studio and SoulCeramics is the perfect place to get it. They have the best products and price! I will continue to support this business.

Love the Evenheat Studio Pro 14

My kiln arrived within the time frame expected and is great! I love the Tap II controller and being able to monitor activity and get notifications remotely. I haven't subscribed to the paid version, so I don't have remote control but I don't think I would use it as I want to check on firing anyway before I would make a change.
