Overjoyed

Received my kiln within posted lead times. I haven’t had a chance to use yet but I know I will be happy with my purchase. I considered another brand but decided to purchase the Evenheat because I am happy with the Studio Pro 17 that was purchased 5yrs ago. If possible I will leave another review at a later date. This is my 2d purchase from Soul Ceramics and would recommend them to anyone who needs a kiln. The prices are fair and customer service is unbeatable. They are dedicated to the concerns of their customers and gladly answer all questions quickly.

Kiln arrived as expected without any damage. Soul Ceramics were great through out the ordering process. They kept me updated every week on the status of my order. Great customer service. Just started using the kiln and love it so far.

Haven’t set it up yet

Haven’t been able to set it up, I am having a custom made rolling cart built since the one offered by Evenheat is completely inadequate. However the kiln looks great and hopefully can try it next week.
