Second Kiln Purchase

This is my second purchase of an Evenheat kiln from Soul Ceramics. I needed a larger kiln and was happy with my first (smaller) Evenheat kiln. However one of the main factors was the stellar customer service I received from Soul Ceramics. The new kiln came earlier than anticipated (yea!), well packaged, and again, stellar customer service. So great kiln, fair prices and great customer service. Thanks Soul Ceramics - a winner again.

Purchase and delivery

I did my homework by reading other reviews from different businesses. Soul Ceramics had the best reviews on customer service. I put them to the test. I called and asked questions about the kiln that I was interested in. I got my answers and ordered a week later. They really do keep in touch with the buyer and like many others, it took half the time for my delivery. I have never seen anything delivered with so much care. Setting up went very smooth. Perfect Kiln, Wonderful Service

I ordered the Evenheat RM II 1822 and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I received weekly order updates from Soul Ceramics, and my kiln actually arrived a few weeks early! It arrived in perfect condition, and the folks at Soul even sent me paper copies of the manuals since I was having difficulties with the digital versions. The kiln is the perfect size for my basement studio, I've done a test fire, a bisque fire and a glaze fire, both all great and I haven't noticed the kiln heating up my house at all while running. Very happy with this purchase!
