I love this tea and I love how special of a gift it is. You can eat the flowers! It's also easy to brew and tastes amazing!

Good idea

Green tea gets very bitter if you steep for longer than a minute, but removing the bloom means the floral parts don’t get to steep as long and reveal its delicate flavor, and you don’t get the visual sensory experience of watching a bloom. Having to choose between a visual experience versus optimal flavor is tough, so this isn’t my favorite product from the brand. Maybe separating the green tea and the flower so one can remove the green tea quickly while leaving the flower to steep longer.
