Good product and excellent customer service

Had a slight issue with the import of our Rat Bag which was sorted very swiftly by Focus Rat. The Rat Bag itself is superb. Already a staple in our shooting kit. Very happy.

Love it

Great quality! Gonna use it for every shoot. Especially when working with heavier cameras like the pxw 750. Takes the load off the shoulder ;) Recommend it!

medium and large bags arrived in Kenya and have gone straight to work. Really well made and i look fwd to using these for many years to come. Thanks. I do wish the foam balls had a draw string or something similar as a failsafe way to stop the occasional leak thru the zip
