The hoops can be turned because the brackets have the right holes, they have measurements on them, magnets are great, and they work as they should.

Strong frame, easy to use

For perfectly on my brother 6 needle. I purchased it for edge to edge quilting on a baby quilt. It worked well I hope to purchase additional frames in the future
