Calming oil for perimenopause

I purchased this oil after it was recommended to me for balancing hormones (Thank you Dr Bo - we met on the Heaphy track when you came to check on me pitching my tent). I truly love it, and have found that it has eased some of the daily ups and downs I have been experiencing. My favourite application is in the bath. Better sleep and generally feeling calmer and more even tempered.

Love it

I love the smell of this blend, it’s so delightful. I would happily put it in a perfumers base or roll on and wear it. I typically don’t like the smell of chamomile but it’s not overpowering and the geranium and palmarosa create a lovely sweet floral smell and you get a touch of zing from the lemon.

Amazing blend

I love this blend. Have been using it for sometime and I do think it helps my mood when that time of month approaches. I've had numerous people comment on the lovely scent and just brought this one as a gift for a very good friend 🧡
