Calming for my children

I ordered both the Sweet Dreams and the Twilight Red light bulbs and am loving them both. I placed the Sweet Dreams bulbs in our living area and the Twilight bulbs in the bedrooms. It definitely feels a lot calmer in the evenings and gives me peace of mind knowing the lighting isn't disturbing our circadian rhythms. I'm looking forward to getting myself a pair of blue light blocking glasses next!

I have these lamp bulbs all over the downstairs of my house and it's such a good light - bright enough to see everything but starts that evening vibe preparing for bed, then upstairs I have red lights indicating bedtime so it's the perfect set up to have two tones.
