I think I misunderstood what I was buying. I was expecting a torque limiter that would click and stop at the preset torque, but this is actually a torque-measuring tool that uses a twisting mechanism. It's a bit strange and not exactly what I wanted.
I'll probably keep it, but I'll also end up buying the actual torque limiters instead. Considering the price, I'm just not very happy with this purchase. I wish I had bought the individual torque limiters rather than the tool that measures torque.
I think the product description is a little confusing because what I bought isn't actually a torque limiter at all. That feels a bit misleading. If you're looking for something that stops at a specific torque value, this isn't it. Instead, get the color-coded torque limiter kit. The complete kit is around $500, but that's actually what I was looking for in the first place, not this.

Always on my belt at an outdoor or indoor range. Always in my pack hunting. Love it. And you can choose your own bit sizes if you are carrying specific firearms.
Small enough to go anywhere. Your friends may tease you for carrying it—until they sheepishly borrow it to fix one of their problems.
Great tools. Lots of ways to customize your kit for only a few bucks for bits.

The ratchet multi-tool in general is great. Very good feel with decent amount of ratchet precision. The little holder is neat too. Really great design.
The bits themselves are average at best, if not a bit sub-par. Particularly the hex and Torx bits. I have several different brands of Torx and these have the most slop of any of them and caused two screw heads to strip out of about two dozen. The Philips and flat head bits were fine.
So A+ tool and carrier with below average bits. I have purchased some other tool steel precision bits and put them in the case making this a stellar little tool kit.
