Only having difficulties when having boiling water turned on has holding on hurt my had so if that little button to be move to where the thumb would be it would be much easier and the spring into side the tap should hold for boiling water like it does for filtered water that would be the best So theses few things need attention

Very pleased with tap although it is early days so time will tell, 1 minor criticism is that the numbers on the tails from the tap doesn’t match with the ones in the installation guide, but a quick visit to the Hanstrom web site to look at their installation guide and everything sorted.
