The water butt was fairly easy to install, and within a week it was full because of all the rain we have endured. I am pleased that it has remained full and is not suffering from any leaks. It was also despatched and received within a few days of ordering. This also pleased me because the website appeared to indicate that delivery could take three weeks. Well done even greener.

Would recommend

A neat good-looking water butt. Easy to assemble except when trying to achieve the correct alignment of the pipe connecting the butt to a downpipe. An additional section of adjustable pipe would have been useful for this purpose. There needs to be OPEN/CLOSED markings on the outlet tap.

Replacement under guarantee

A great sized water butt. You can buy connections so you can link it to another butt. We had a problem with our original water butt leaking which I purchased 2 years ago. However there is a 5 year guarantee. I submitted pictures of the damage and Customer Services was brilliant and sent me out a replacement. A very happy customer. 😊
