Just what was needed.

Excellent product but appalling lack of communication

Ordered product and received confirmation with money taken immediately. Then nothing - for weeks!! An email was eventually received saying it had been dispatched but tracking showed it hadn’t reached the courier. This happened twice!! I emailed the company several times, asking for updates / someone to contact me - nothing. Then nearly a month after ordering they just arrived. The water butts are excellent - strong, good to look at, easy to assemble etc and very pleased. But customer service caused massive stress.

I now have a system of 4 x 100 ltr butts linked together taking water from the front of the house and 3 x 200 ltr butts linked at the rear, the first of which is now 9 years old. I invested in the third 200 ltr after the long hot summer this year and waited until they were back in stock after high demand. Delivery was prompt by a cheerful man in a large truck. I usually let my son do the connecting as I am now 74 but I decided to do it myself and it was so easy. I am very proud of my system. Even Greener always have the best price. I would definitely recommend.
