I would scream out to any busy person who might not be feeling some energy to try this product. I personally prefer the capsules but this can be added to a smoothie if their are other strong tasting items in said smoothie. Go easy until you know how much to put in before it becomes a little overpowering....but this stuff works!

I love this product. Third time ordering. I add it to meals almost daily, and my toddler has it in his morning smoothie. It's reassuring knowing he is getting additional iron in his diet without the need for synthetic supplements.

Easy to use and great taste

I like to use the powdered version as I dislike swallowing tablets so I was really happy to see that Chief offers such a thing. I actually really like the taste and use it as a kind of seasoning and sprinkle it over my eggs, meat patties and salads to boost my B vitamin and copper intake. Really like this product. My only complaint is that the seal on the bag doesn't last long...about a week before it detaches from one side of the packet. I end up having to use a bag seal or to transfer it to another airtight container which is annoying.
