While the product itself works well, the wait time of nearly six months for an out-of-stock item to be shipped feels excessive. I had almost forgotten about my order until I noticed it was back in stock on Tesery's website. Upon reaching out, I was informed that it would finally be shipped. I expected that I would be among the first orders to be fulfilled once the item was restocked, rather than having to contact Tesery again for updates. Clearer communication and more proactive order fulfillment would greatly enhance the customer experience.
