I ordered 4 pin badges which arrived very quickly. However, one of the badges was different to what I’d ordered (same colour pin so I could easily see how it happened) . Emailed the company and reply came really swiftly with a promise to post out the correct one that day and I could keep the one that was sent incorrectly. Correct pin arrived the following day. Makes you wonder why all businesses can’t be so brilliant with customer service as it’s clearly possible! Quality of the pin badges is fab and I’m really looking forward to giving them as pressies. Will definitely order from them again.
