It is not clear yet to me if the product has helped. I did 3 months and will now try for 3 additional months and then see. I still have similar, maybe slightly reduced hair shedding now in my 3rd month but not so noticeable as I would have liked as I still shed more than normal. I have hope for continued use though.

Hair growth

I have been using the product daily for few months now and so far I think it has boosted my hair growth. Despite this, my hair feels thin to my standards, but I guess the new hair is still so short that I may not be able to tell the difference yet.

Confidence boosting

Although I've only been using this product for a short time, I can already see results: less hair on my pillow and in the drain. It's so reassuring that it is possible to reverse the trend of thinning.
