Bialetti Brikka Moka Pot Induction

This moka pot is fantastic. It extracts a lot of flavour and richness from the grounds. We really like a particular coffee brand that's probably ground a bit too fine for this machine, so we don't get crema, but it tastes delicious anyway. A coarser grind will give you the crema, but it dissipates pretty quickly. Takes longer than a standard moka pot, but the extra strength and flavour is worth it.
