제주건나물

고사리는 정말 연하고 최상급입니다. 취나물 역시 강추입니다. 무말랭이는 여태껏 사 본 중에 제주무말랭이가 가장 좋구요. 시래기는 당연히 연할줄 기대하고 주문했는데 몹시 질기네요. 몇시간 불리고 삶았는데요. 시래기밥을 하지는 않고 볶음을 해서 그런 건지 잘 모르겠지만 양도 적어요. 제주건나물 전체적으로 아주 휼륭한 품질입니다. 시래기 때문에 별 4개 선택했지만 그 외의 나물은 별 다섯개 이상입니다.

Amazing aromas from these dried greens

I am so please I could get my hands on these high qualify greens from Korea. I've tried most of them at this point and they all have their unique and amazingly good aromas when you cook them. I soak them in water overnight, blanch them for 20-30 mins, soak them again in water to remove any bitterness left and then saute with some minced garlic and green onions and a splash of soy sauce.
