While the product is good, customer service is the absolute WORST!!!!! I have emailed multiple times, called,chatted with AI and NOTHING. I can’t get them to respond to anything!!!! Now I have a shoe,that was my daughter’s Christmas present, she cannot wear. As a business owner myself, this is absolutely unacceptable. I never leave bad reviews because I try to reach out to the company first, I tried that and here we are. As much as we (3 females) love the shoes and have multiple pairs, no chance will we support this company.

Great shoes!
Love the fit! Comfortable from the very beginning. The color was not as bold as I expected, but I am OK with that. And…it took a rather long time to get them.
