I ordered a pair that didn’t fit. I requested a return/exchange. When I found out the exchange would not arrive in time I ordered another pair and requested a refund for the pair I had sent back. Customer service (you can only reach by email by the way and takes at least a day for them to respond) said the exchange had already shipped. So now when I look up the order number to return the exchange there is no option to return or print a label. Very frustrating. Buyer beware-returns/exchanges/contacting customer service is not easy at all.

Exchange?
I am writing this because I love your colors and style of shoes. But sadly I thought the shoes I ordered would be darker like, and ash grey and just seem to light to wear with dark colors, and odd for bright colors. I believe I seen y’all offer exchanges?
