Kicking myself for not getting sooner
My wife, who I bought this for since she is disabled and has her own bathroom, absolutely adores this product. I think she loves it more than me!
I would suggest slightly larger font and more contrasted color, maybe even more names off the buttons and to the side.

So worth the extra $ for a separate remote!
Replaced the cloud with the Cloud +. Love it! You can actually tell if ECO mode is on. Just wish it didn’t default to high modes when power goes out. When our power goes out (too often), we have to reset the temperature and reset to ECO mode. Love all the extra features too.

Too many bells & whistles?
So far I've been enjoying the cloud+ heated seat and heated water functions. I don't use the air dryer because it takes too long and doesn't effectively dry everything down there...at all really. I also did not know before purchasing that every time you sit on the seat it makes a loud beeping sound and activates the water cycle regardless of whether it will be used or not. I honestly prefer the original, simpler version I had in the past (with the hot water that connects to the sink) but it wouldn't work with my bathroom layout. That said, I am enjoying the warm seat and it will be nice to have the other functions available when I want them.
