I’ve been using Mimosa Dream Cream since 2008 when I was 65 years old .. I use it as a moisturizer twice a day (when I wake & when I go to bed at night) keeping my face moist 24/7.
I am 83 & 1/2, and my skin appears to be the facial skin of a 65-70 yr old .. (which is what other ladies tell me) .. I wear sunblock when I go outdoors.
I used to get deep European facials once a month since I was as 26 years old, now I only need a European facial 3-4 times a year (since I was 70). If Albuquerque gets extra dry during the year, I will add Dream Cream a 3rd time a day ..
I ONLY use Mimosa Dream Cream and a facial cleanser, NOT anything else on my face. I only use Power Repair Eye Cream which I purchase from Super Salve Company as well.
NOT ALL eye creams are the same .. this particular product is an eye balm. It is NOT a cream per se .. creams run while an eye balm penetrates into the eyelids, brow bone, AND underneath the eye area.
A European facial is NOT offered OR available by many estheticians, it is a specialized facial given by specifically-trained estheticians that use a specialized machine for steaming and cleansing the face, AND use delicate cosmetics ..
I learned from estheticians in NYC and Las Vegas, NV, how to take care of my skin at home on my own as well. In today’s world, these specifically trained skincare professionals are in NM. I found one in Santa Fe after intense searching - I’m sure there are others available, possibly in ABQ.
I presently live in ABQ, and travel to Santa Fe for my facials and special care & coloring of my brows from the same professional 👍🏼 my brows are NEVER waxed, they are hand-tweezed one-by-one and shaped carefully to compliment my facial bone structure .. I used to travel to NYC for my facial and brow care when I lived in Boston. When I retired, I did not move back home to NM until I found a professional in NM .. I found her in SF.
I discovered Mimosa Dream Cream in 2007 when I retired to Santa Fe .. before I found Mimosa, I was ordering a similar cream from Boston, also available in NYC. imagine my joy when I found Mimosa from a local company in NM .. Mimosa is better for NM use bc it is from a recipe manufactured for NM climate specifically (for use) in NM 👌🏼
I personally believe it has ingredients (used in days past) by Native American women and other native women that have lived here for centuries.
I used to purchase cosmetics in NYC made specifically for my skin composure from age 26 to 35, and living in NM. Then I moved to Boston & followed through in Boston .. when I returned home to SF in 2007, I planned on traveling & ordering my creams etc, ftom NYC .. GUESS WHAT! Mimosa provides the same cream ingredients, Mimosa is here in NM, AND lots cheaper than the NYC prices ...
Believe me! I’ve tried ALL kinds of creams & cosmetics (I was married to a wealthy man & could afford it!) There’s nothing better than Mimosa Dream Cream for our skin if you live in NM, ESPECIALLY IN ABQ!! I’m fortunate I found Super Salve Comp when I was living in SF in 2007 🤩
