Amazing MUST BUY

LOVE this piece of equipment, I love how the different surfaces challenge your grip in different ways you can also move the rope around to change the way you can grip it, been using this for my 1 arm assisted chin up work

So many angles!

Very clever design. It allows you to align the rope in different directions so you have many grip configurations to train on. I like the carabiner too and it has a cool carry bag.
