My wife really liked the piercing, it has an interesting design. However, unfortunately, one of the piercing does not hold well in the closed state, it opens constantly. Is it possible to somehow fix it or is it a factory defect?

The quality must be hit and miss but the customer service makes up for what the jewelry is lacking. Very nice people.
