arrived with clear and unacceptable defects. Photos were taken immediately upon unboxing and shared with customer support. They sent me a replacement bag, but unfortunately, it also had visible issues , including problems with the leather and metal parts.
The defects, in the metal components, were clearly manufacturing-related, not due to misuse. However, the support team seemed reluctant to acknowledge this.
It has now been over a month , and the issue is still unresolved. I was told that videos exist showing the bag in perfect condition before shipping, but none were shared with me. Instead, I received only some photos from them — a few images of the packaging and just one distant photo of the bag, where the defects are impossible to see.
Responses have been slow and filled with lengthy explanations about "quality control" that do not reflect the actual condition of the products I received.
This entire experience has been exhausting and disappointing.

Premium Leather Cream
The Premium Leather Cream is amazing!!! You do not really need to use a lot and the dry leather really is rejuvenated. It’s a good feeling when you purchase something on line that really works. Thanks very much for that good feeling!!!!!
