I have been ordering El Monterrey Enchilada Sauce Mix even since I let N M in 1999... I have been for years, make what I call My Enchilada Plate and with this Sauce Mix... I have yet to find one person that did not like My Enchilada Plate after all these years... I have gave it off and on to friends and families' did give ever family in my Church a pouch of this Sauce Mix this time.... we are a small church.. ha...
