Not overly thick, and easy to swallow quickly with water

Endura Sports Energy Gels are easy to swallow with water, gentle on the stomach, and highly convenient to use during training or competition

Good for long runs and rides

I enjoy these for my long runs and rides, good on the stomach and taste is pretty decent. It’s a shame that the price has been inflated by $10 a box in the last year, finding it a little hard to justify the price anymore
