Two Weeks

It’s been about two weeks, and I can already see that my hair looks more hydrated! The product works well so far. The only issue I noticed was with the packaging...there was no seal or cap on the bottle to prevent leaks during shipping. One of my bottles arrived open and half-empty, but Customer Service quickly resolved the problem and helped me out.

This shampoo gives my hair the moisture it needs and makes it so soft and manageable! Before using this my hair was so dry, my scalp itched, and my hair was falling out. This is even better than the hi-hydating for my hair. I will only use this shampoo, plus the conditioner from now on.
